A leading automotive company in Pune District, India is looking for a candidate to coordinate EV after-sales services. Responsibilities include managing workshop staff, handling customer complaints regarding EVs, and organizing service campaigns to enhance customer loyalty. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of EV systems and customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate after-sales service for assigned EV setups.
• Manage EV workshop staff and implement service standards.
• Resolve customer complaints, especially battery and charging issues.
• Train EV drivers for better vehicle usage and efficiency.
• Prepare workshops with tools and training for new EV models.
• Handle EV spare parts, extended warranty, and AMC business.
• Monitor EV parts inventory and coordinate with warehouse.
• Organize EV service campaigns to boost customer loyalty.
• Train dealer mechanics on EV systems and safety protocols.
• Work with OEMs to address technical complaints.
• Collaborate with Plant/Quality teams on field feedback and product upgrades.
• Meet customers/fleet owners to review EV performance.
• Expand EV service network based on regional demand.
