Job Description:

Rohit Cutting Tools, one of India's most trusted manufacturers of Solid Carbide End Mills, SC Drills, SC Reamers, HSS Punches, HSS M35, M42, T42, PM grade End Mills & Drills, HSS Center Drills, HSS tool bits, HSS Drill blanks and Custom Cutting Tools, is looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to expand and manage sales operations in the assigned region.

The ideal candidate will develop new business, nurture key customer accounts, understand machining applications, and promote Rohit Cutting Tools advanced tooling solutions across Automotive, Aerospace, Die & Mold, Implant Manufacturer and General Engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, tool rooms, and distributors.
  • Promote Rohit Cutting Tools' full product rangeCarbide End Mills, Carbide Drills, Carbide Reamers, Carbide-CBN-Cermet Inserts, HSS tool bits, HSS M35, M42, T42, PM End Mills & Drills, HSS Drill Blanks, HSS Punches, & Custom tools.
  • Conduct technical product presentations & demonstrations to customers.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with key decision-makers: Production heads, Purchase Managers, Tool Room Engineers, CNC Programmers.
  • Provide quick support for customer queries, complaints, and technical clarifications.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating deliveries, trials, and after-sales support.
Technical & Application Support
  • Understand machining parameters, cutting speeds/feeds, materials to machine (Aluminum, Steel, Inconel, Titanium, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CNC-VMC Programming is add on i.e. Knowledge of G-code would be an add on.
  • Recommend the right cutting tools for customer applications.
  • Conduct on-site trials for improving tool life, machining time, and cost per component.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and product offerings.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports using internal company ERP.
  • Identify new market segments and opportunities for growth.
  • Communicate customer feedback and market trends to the management for product enhancement.
