Role Description
Retail Planning & Achievement
  • Plan to achieve retail targets in the assigned Authorized Franchisee.
  • Co‑create plans with dealer to achieve retail plans across various channels (Digital & B&M).
  • Review progress and take corrective action to meet retail plans.
  • Build conviction and ownership in sales managers to achieve planned targets.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to VAS (value added services) at AF (Warranty & RSA, Documentation, RF, Insurance).
PDCA and Support
  • Ensure adherence to sales promotional activities at Authorized Franchisee.
  • Analyse enquiry conversion effectiveness and perform win/loss analysis for AF.
  • Participate in BTL activities to motivate dealer teams and analyse effectiveness.
Authorized Franchisee Visits
  • Visit authorised franchises as per guidelines to check standards and processes (Enquiry management, conversion lead funnel adherence, Customer Feedback Score and verbatim, F&C, delivery process).
  • Conduct business audits and suggest corrective actions.
  • Monitor competition, brokers, and market actions.
  • Provide feedback to Authorized Franchisee and market Area team/HO.
Network Development
  • Identify potential parties for Authorized Franchisee. Training and Development
  • Train dealer procurement and sales teams for improved productivity and target achievement.
  • Conduct monthly vehicle delivery & service and sales meetings at dealerships to motivate them to supply vehicles to the authorised franchise counter.
  • Deploy best practices across Authorized Franchisee horizontally.
  • Reward and recognize the best performing individuals and teams.
Required
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales preferrable in handling dealer channels.
  • Required Bachelors / Master’s degree in Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
  • Hands on experience in new strategies implementation in ROI.
  • Supporting the dealers and visiting them on planned manner.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and dealer management is MUST.
