Educational Qualification Diploma / Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or related field is mandatory. Minimum Work Experience 3+ / 6+ years of experience.

Operational Discipline – Demonstrates strong ownership in executing maintenance schedules, validating equipment, and maintaining compliance with ISO and cGMP standards. Continuous Improvement Orientation – Proactively identifies inefficiencies, leads CAPA investigations, and contributes to lean initiatives like 5S and Kaizen to enhance reliability and reduce downtime. Critical Exposures Exposure to maintaining and troubleshooting equipment such as mixers, dryers, reactors, and HVAC systems, including addressing equipment failures, is preferred. Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, FMCG industries is preferred. Experience in equipment qualification, validation activities, and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for system failures is desired. Exposure to HVAC, compressed air, water systems, and utility optimization in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is preferred. Experience with preventive maintenance activities, including documenting corrective actions, is desired. Exposure to mechanical system servicing, including alignment, lubrication, and calibration of pumps, motors, and valves to ensure optimal performance.
