Job Description Territory Manager

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the Agency Channel is mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing agency relationships.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and team-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and distribution channels.
