Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers to drive business growth in line with assigned quotas.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
  • GTM Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Customer Account Planning: Create and execute detailed account and opportunity plans to align with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Engagement: Work effectively with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, Solutions Sales Teams, and Executives, to ensure seamless account management and execution.
  • CRM Utilization: Use the CRM system to manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Channel Development: Drive revenue growth through effective channel strategies, developing partnerships with resellers and distributors to penetrate mid-market enterprises.
  • Enterprise Sales Execution: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to close complex, high-value deals.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Industry Expertise: Proven sales experience in the cybersecurity industry; experience with data security solutions is highly preferred.
  • Market Knowledge: Prior experience 10 years working with enterprise companies, large enterprises, and mid-market accounts.
  • Channel & Partner Engagement: Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors.
  • Enterprise Account Management: Experience managing large and mid-market enterprises.
  • Proven Track Record: Consistent achievement of sales quotas and targets.
  • Sales Skills: Strong analytical, forecasting, and deal management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to engage and partner effectively with internal sales resources, including Sales Engineers and Specialists.
