Our clients come from the Oil & Gas industry, petrochemical plants, cellulose and pulp mills, waste‑to‑energy plants and the nuclear industry.

Your responsibilities?
  • Conduct outbound calls to key industry stakeholders (EPCs, contractors, asset owners).
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for Weld Overlay and High Velocity Thermal Spray (HVTS) services.
  • Schedule introduction calls and meetings for the regional sales team.
  • Maintain CRM data, follow‑ups, and pipeline tracking.
Our expectations:
  • Engineering background (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Materials, Production, Industrial or similar).
  • Competent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and professional phone presence.
  • Organized, proactive, and target‑driven.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Weld Overlay, CRA materials, or HVTS coating systems is an advantage.
  • Prior B2B telesales / lead generation experience essential.
