Job summary

Qode is seeking a Senior Telecom Solution Architect / Solution & Delivery Lead with deep OSS/BSS experience to shape and deliver end-to-end telecom solutions for operators and CSPs. Lead presales, estimations and drive delivery from concept through go-live in a fast-evolving environment.

The role demands 15+ years in telecom, strong leadership, and proficiency with 5G, orchestration and AI/ML applications for network automation. Onsite engagement in Noida/Pune, India is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of telecom experience with OSS/BSS exposure.
• Experience in solution architecture, presales and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong knowledge of 5G, OSS/BSS, orchestration and network automation.
• Customer-facing leadership with IT services/SI exposure.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI or AIOps in telecom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end OSS/BSS solutions for Telecom Operators/CSPs.
• Drive presales, RFP/RFI, solution proposals, estimations and customer engagements with Sales.
• Independently own project delivery from solution through implementation and go-live.
• Architect solutions across 4G/5G, Service Assurance, Fulfillment, Provisioning, Orchestration, Inventory, Network Automation, SDN/NFV and Cloud-native Telecom.
• Lead technical teams and ensure successful delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Telecom Solution Architect / Solution & Delivery Lead with extensive expertise in both Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS). This pivotal role requires an individual who can independently lead the entire lifecycle of solutions, from initial concept and presales engagement through to successful end-to-end project delivery.

You will be instrumental in shaping and implementing cutting‑edge solutions for telecommunications operators and Communication Service Providers (CSPs), driving innovation and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end OSS/BSS solutions for Telecom Operators/CSPs.
• Drive presales, RFP/RFI, solution proposals, estimations and customer engagements with Sales.
• Independently own project delivery from solution through implementation and go-live.
• Architect solutions across 4G/5G, Service Assurance, Fulfillment, Provisioning, Orchestration, Inventory, Network Automation, SDN/NFV and Cloud-native Telecom.
• Drive OSS/BSS modernization and integration using APIs, microservices and TM Forum standards.
• Identify AI/ML, GenAI and AIOps use cases for network automation, service assurance and intelligent telecom operations.
• Lead technical teams and ensure successful delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.

Must-Have

• 15+ years of Telecom experience with strong exposure to both OSS and BSS.
• Proven Solution Architecture + Presales + End-to-End Delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of 5G, OSS/BSS, orchestration, network automation and telecom transformation.
• Experience working with Sales in an Engineering/IT Services or SI environment.
• Strong customer-facing and technical leadership skills.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI or AIOps in Telecom preferred.
