Telecom Architect :AI, Analytics & Data Engineering

Location: India (Gurugram) / Hybrid, with travel as needed
Combines deep telecom network domain grounding (RAN, Core, BSC/BTS, 3G/4G/5G, packet and circuit) with data engineering, data science and analytics to architect and deliver data-driven solutions including autonomous network capabilities for large telecom operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect data and AI foundations that enable autonomous network capabilities closed-loop assurance, self-optimizing RAN/Core, and intent-based automation.
- Architect end-to-end telecom network solutions spanning RAN, Core (2G/3G/4G/5G), BSC/BTS, packet and circuit-switched domains for large CSP customers.
- Lead presales solutioning technical proposals, effort/cost estimation and architecture presentations for network transformation and analytics deals.
- Design greenfield network and data architectures, and lead brownfield modernization/migration of legacy telecom platforms and data estates.
- Design and build data pipelines ingesting/transforming telecom data CDRs, xDRs, PM/FM counters, streaming telemetry, inventory and topology data.
- Architect data lake/warehouse and analytics layers (batch and streaming) supporting network analytics, capacity planning and AI/ML use cases.
- Build and productionize ETL/ELT pipelines with modern data engineering tools, ensuring data quality, lineage and governance.
- Design and deliver data science models churn, capacity forecasting, anomaly detection, RAN/Core optimization from feature engineering through production deployment.
- Architect data and AI foundations that enable autonomous network capabilities closed-loop assurance, self-optimizing RAN/Core, and intent-based automation. Own hands-on delivery across design, build, test, migrate and go-live for large, multi-workstream telecom engagements, with defined cutover/rollback strategy.
- Support service delivery and operations post-go-live, ensuring data/analytics platforms meet SLA/KPIs, and mentor engineering teams on reusable accelerators.
