Key Responsibilities


  • Cold calling and recruitment support.

  • Handling basic office work and record‑keeping.

  • Maintaining candidate databases, updating call logs, following up with interested advisors, and assisting the team in day‑to‑day office functions.

  • Ensuring smooth operations within the recruitment process and overall office environment.


What We're Looking For


  • Motivated, punctual, and capable of communicating effectively over the phone.

  • Previous telecalling or office experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

  • Minimum 10th grade (matriculation) education.

  • Confidence, clarity of speech, and ability to handle conversations politely yet persuasively.


Working Hours and Benefits

  • Work schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

  • Timings: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
