Akolta Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring Tele Sales Associates to promote Shine services, profile highlighters, and Shine job portals to recruiters, consultants, companies, and startups. This role involves outbound telesales, building client relationships, and closing deals in both B2B and B2C sales environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided data.
  • Pitch Shine services, highlight profiles, and job portal solutions effectively.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain positive relationships with recruiters, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Achieve sales closure targets through strong communication and convincing skills.
Candidate Requirements
  • Education: Any Graduate (Undergraduates with excellent communication skills can apply).
  • Experience: Prior telesales or B2B/B2C sales experience preferred.
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
  • Gender: Open to Male/Female candidates.
  • Strong communication & convincing skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
  • Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Gurgaon) & ₹24,000 (Noida) – based on interview, last drawn salary & skills.
  • Shift: 6 days working (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) | Sunday Fixed Off.
  • Hiring Process: 2 rounds Face-to-Face interview (HR + Operations Team Lead).
  • Service Type: B2B & B2C.
  • Work Location: Gurgaon, Sector 39 / Noida, Sector 3.
