Job summary

Sense is seeking a Legal Associate for our Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice in India. The role targets 2-5 years PQE with strong exposure to commercial, intellectual property, technology and media laws.

Regulatory and policy experience is valued, and work will cover Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi offices, with emphasis on commercial contracts, data protection, cyber security, gaming, digital media, fintech, web3 and AI.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical, research and communication skills.
• Strong writing capabilities including published articles/newsletters.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Our Technology-Media-Telecommunications (TMT) team is looking for candidates with 2-5 years PQE in the field, with a good understanding of commercial, intellectual property, technology and media laws, along with regulatory and policy experience, for our India offices (Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi). In this role, apart from legal work and client delivery in areas such as commercial contracts, data protection, cyber security, gaming, digital media, consumer protection, fintech and web3 and AI, you will be expected to closely follow legal developments on emerging and horizon technologies and engage in research and thought leadership initiatives which is the DNA of NDA.

Job Requirement
