Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Business Technology Lead to deliver the strategic technology initiatives across multiple business functions. The role will act as the key interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, investment, sales and operations teams to drive successful implementation of technology projects and process automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with technical understanding and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end technology project execution from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities across multiple business teams and technology providers.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Business Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Drive business process improvements through technology solutions.

Technology & Vendor Management

• Work closely with internal technology teams and external vendors.
• Participate in solution design discussions.
• Coordinate development, testing, and production releases.
• Manage system integrations and data flow requirements.
• Oversee vendor deliverables and service levels.

Testing & Implementation

• Develop UAT plans and testing scenarios.
• Coordinate test execution and issue resolution.
• Ensure successful deployment and business adoption.
• Support training and change management activities.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Track project KPIs and benefits realization.
• Support audit and compliance requirements where applicable.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in technology project management, business analysis, or product management.
• Experience working across business and technology teams.
• Proven track record of managing software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with vendors and third-party technology providers.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analytics is desirable.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Project Management Skills
