Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking an experienced L2 Production Support specialist in Bengaluru to monitor production systems, ensure performance and stability, and coordinate fault restoration with L3/vendor teams. A minimum of 5+ years of experience is required, with a BTech degree.

Primary duties include resolving day-to-day customer issues, managing incidents, and ensuring smooth operations of the production environment within a BPO TS0 service line. The role is based in Bengaluru.
