Ernst & Young LLP ( EY India ) is seeking a Consultant for National Tech Consulting in Digital Engineering, based in New Delhi. The role focuses on Salesforce development, integration, and data handling within CNS - TC, contributing to client-centric, technology-driven solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams, apply Agile methodologies, and contribute to deployments, testing, and documentation in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees listed in the candidate profile.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura).
• Support lead and opportunity management, account & contact configuration, and case workflows.
• Assist data handling, data migration, and data quality validation.
• Participate in Agile delivery, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and release notes; collaborate with BA/QA/Dev leads.

Your key responsibilities

1. Salesforce Development & Configuration Assist in developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura) Configure standard Salesforce features (objects, fields, validation rules, flows) Support development of reusable components and basic enhancements
2. Sales & Service Cloud Support Assist in: Lead and Opportunity management Account & Contact configuration Case management and service workflows Support enhancements to improve usability and process efficiency
3. Integration & Data Handling Support integration efforts with external systems using APIs Assist in data migration, data loading, and data quality validation Help maintain Salesforce data models and relationships
4. Development Lifecycle & Testing Participate in requirements discussions and Agile delivery activities Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution Support deployment activities (change sets, version control)
5. Documentation & Support Prepare technical documentation and release notes Provide support for production issues and user queries Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Dev leads)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data model Understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud fundamentals Familiarity with APIs and integration basics

Tools & Platforms Exposure to:

• Git or version control tools
• Salesforce Developer tools (Developer Console / VS Code)
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
