Job summary

National Institute for Smart Government in Odisha invites a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own production-grade applications across backend and frontend. You will design APIs, data pipelines, and dashboards, using modern web tech to deliver secure, scalable solutions for public sector projects.

Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with React/Angular/Vue, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong emphasis on responsive, role-based interfaces.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience, with demonstrable ownership of production-grade applications and systems across both backend and frontend development.
• Strong experience in backend engineering, including APIs, databases, data pipelines, application development, and integration with enterprise/third-party systems.
• Strong experience in frontend development, with proficiency in modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, and core web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience in developing responsive, role-based interfaces, dashboards, forms, filters, drilldowns, and data visualizations (charts/graphs).
• Prior experience working with Government departments, public sector digital transformation programmes, or consulting-led technology projects is desirable.
