Job description
Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated TBM Administrator and Product Manager to support our strategic initiatives around cost transparency, IT financial management, and business engagement. This role will be instrumental in driving improvements in cost allocation, financial reporting, and stakeholder collaboration across our technology landscape.

Day in the life
  • Maintain and enhance Apptio TBM platform, ensure accurate data integration from financial, operational, and asset systems, support monthly and quarterly cost allocation processes, and monitor and improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Own the TBM product roadmap and backlog, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements, drive adoption and engagement across business units, and deliver training and support to users on TBM tools and processes.
  • Develop and maintain cost models that reflect business consumption, partner with Finance and Technology teams to align on cost drivers, and provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between Technology, Finance, and Business Units, facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive understanding and value realization, and communicate complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner.
You’ll be perfect for the role if you have
  • 5+ years of experience in IT financial management, TBM, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of cost allocation methodologies and financial modeling.
  • Experience with Apptio TBM platform.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Product management experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
