Job summary

T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure architect to design and implement a SUSE-based virtualization platform using KVM. The role focuses on SAP workload optimization, high availability, and integration with ITSM tools.

The ideal candidate will drive automation with Terraform and Ansible, update CMDBs, and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, while overseeing lightweight project and stakeholder coordination in line with SAP roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in virtualization and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with SAP workloads and SAP landscape sizing.
• Strong knowledge of SUSE and KVM virtualization.
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM environments.
• Automation experience using Terraform and Ansible.
• Ability to maintain architecture documentation and blueprints.
• Proven skills in stakeholder management and project prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a SUSE-based virtualization platform using KVM as the hypervisor.
• Ensure the platform is certified and optimized for SAP workloads with HA and performance considerations.
• Integrate platform and automation with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Enable request, change and incident workflows that trigger automation with Terraform and Ansible and update CMDB as needed.
• Maintain a living architecture document covering all layers (compute, storage, network, automation, observability, integrations).
• Provide lightweight project and stakeholder management to prioritize features, manage risks and align with SAP roadmaps.
