Job summary

CBT Infotech Pvt Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Senior Engineer – Development (Java/Full Stack) to design, code, test, and maintain software systems across Java and web technologies.

The role requires 2–4 years of overall experience with hands-on work in Angular 7+/Spring Boot/J2EE, REST/SOAP, and database integration. Exposure to WebLogic/Tomcat/JBoss and Oracle 11g+ is preferred.

Qualifications

Senior Engineer - Development - Java (Java / Full stack) - CBT Infotech

Job Title: Technology Analyst / Senior Technology Analyst

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Manager/Sr. Manager

Education: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Master s degree in engineering preferred

Experience/ Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of total experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and developing web applications on one or more of following technologies:
  • Angular 7/8 or above with Sprsingboot o J2EE using Spring MVC framework, Hibernate, Jasper, JSP, Servlets etc
• Exposure to Web Services (SOAP, WS-Security, RESTful) design and development
• Exposure to web application deployment and troubleshooting on Web Application Server (WebLogic/Tomcat/JBoss)
• Exposure to designing and maintaining back-end components on different database applications, Oracle 11g above exposure is preferred.
• Exposure to Software Development/Support functions

Industry: Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking organization

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design, code, installation, testing and maintenance of software systems (might include shifts based on business criticality) on the above technologies
• Perform code review
• Develop and adhere to standard SDLC methodologies to produce project results that are measurable and delivered on time and schedule
• Develop and adhere to project standards for development including tools, platforms, methodology and controls to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
• Provide technical documentation updated to the latest enhancement or release
• To assists in reviewing the current technical architecture, including design patterns and development methodologies
• Flexible to work in different technologies and different stages of software development cycle
• Be a hardworking team player and quick learner
• Excellent problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
• Strong interpersonal and articulation skills both spoken and written
• Ability to learn new technologies and deliver as per business needs both in software development and/or Support projects
