Enveda in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Histopathology Laboratory Technician who will be the technical backbone of tissue processing and slide preparation, producing high-quality sections and stains that support pathologists in evaluating drug safety and disease biology.

You will accession and embed tissue, cut sections, perform H&E and IHC stains, operate and maintain processors and microtomes, monitor stain quality with daily QC, and uphold strict safety, documentation, and SOP compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT), Histotechnology, or a closely related discipline
• 1-5 years of active experience in a histopathology or surgical pathology laboratory with proven proficiency in high-volume microtomy and block embedding
• Hands‑on experience with H&E, histochemical staining, and IHC; familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong hand‑eye coordination, and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines

• Adhere strictly to biohazard, chemical safety (including formalin handling), and waste disposal protocols; support continuous improvement of SOPs

YOUR ROLE

As a Histopathology Laboratory Technician at Enveda, you will be the technical backbone of our tissue processing and slide preparation workflow — producing high-quality sections and stains that allow our pathologists to evaluate drug safety and disease biology with precision. WHAT YOU’LL DO
