Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Technical Writers and Editors to contribute to a client project focused on evaluating and improving AI systems. The role is contract-based with remote collaboration across time zones in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

You will review AI-generated content against prompts, assess clarity, tone, accuracy, coherence and instructional value, and provide scores, rationales and actionable feedback.

Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency with excellent written communication.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, content evaluation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of clarity, tone, structure, coherence, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with digital content review, annotation, or evaluation platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely.
• Experience with AI systems or model evaluation is a plus, but not required.

You’ll use your expertise in writing, editing, and critical analysis to evaluate AI-generated content and help improve the quality, clarity, and usefulness of model outputs. No prior AI experience is required.
