Job summary

o9 is hiring an Education Architect - Technical in Bengaluru. You will conduct instructor‑led workshops, help develop the training framework for the o9 Platform, and support Senior Architects in planning workshops.

The role emphasizes building knowledge repositories and collaborating with instructional designers to refresh course materials. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in technical training or software development, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field
• 2-5 years of technical training, academic teaching, or software development/implementation experience preferred
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, document processing, and presentation required
• Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL), Data Analytics or similar is optional but preferred

• Conduct instructor‑led workshops for internal hires and partner consultants
• Assist in developing the training framework for the o9 Platform and related products
• Assist Senior Architects in assessing workshop training requirements and drafting targeted agenda
• Contribute to knowledge repositories based on learnings
• Work with Learning Architects and Instructional Designers to rebuild course materials and update courses
• Support infrastructure management to ensure smooth training workshops
• Capture and provide feedback about candidates on technical and functional skills to reporting managers
• Monitor workshop feedback on a quarterly basis

What you’ll do for us...

• Conduct instructor‑led workshops for internal hires and partner consultants
• Assist in developing the training framework for the o9 Platform and associated Products
• Assist Senior Architects in assessing workshop training requirements and drafting targeted agenda for the workshop
• Contribute to the enhancement of knowledge repositories based on learnings
• Work with Learning Architects and Instructional designers constantly for rebuilding course materials, make relevant updates to existing Courses/Programs, providing answers to Learner's queries
• Actively support the infrastructure management to ensure the smooth functioning of training workshops
• Capture and provide feedback about candidates on technical and functional skills/learning to respective reporting managers
• Monitor the feedback of the Workshop that he/she conducts on a Quarterly basis

What you’ll have...

Skills & Experience:

• Technical understanding of one or more technologies like JAVA, R, Python, C#, C++, SQL (databases), ML techniques, Cloud, Big Data, etc. is required.
• Basic understanding of the Business Planning domain in different industries is expected
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, document processing, and presentation is required
• Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL), Data Analytics, or similar is optional but preferred.
• 2-5 years of technical training, academic teaching, or software development/implementation experience is preferred

• Exhibit passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with all attendees
• Quick thinking on the feet & ability to relate to the audience and respond
• Possess a continuous learning & upskilling attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a MUST. Structured and organized in working style. Ability to work with a team.
