The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply) and can guide students through interviews and placement prep while keeping training material up to date.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, CS or Electronics.
• CCNA, RHCSA, CompTIA or Cyber Security certs are a plus.
• 1–3 years of relevant teaching/training experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Jetking Infotrain Limited is looking for a passionate and technically skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Khar, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Hardware, Cyber Security, and Cloud Computing, along with the ability to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented training to students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training in CCNA, Networking, Hardware, Cyber Security Basics, Cloud Computing Fundamentals, and Windows & Linux Administration.
• Conduct hands‑on lab sessions and assist students in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance to improve technical skills.
• Conduct mock interviews and support students with technical interview and placement preparation.
• Maintain accurate student attendance, batch reports, assessments, and training records.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and relevant IT certifications.
• Create an engaging and interactive learning environment to enhance student outcomes.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Networking and IT Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, IP addressing, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and basic server administration.
• Basic knowledge of Cyber Security and Cloud Computing.
• Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a student‑focused mentoring approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Certifications such as CCNA, RHCSA, CompTIA, or Cyber Security certifications will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
