Job summary

Bharat Serums and Vaccines is seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor manufacturing activities, verify raw materials dispensing, and reconcile bulk records. The role involves overseeing aseptic operations, ensuring GMP/EHS compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation across shifts.

The ideal candidate has experience in sterile or aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong communication and coordination skills to support production and SOP training.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in sterile or aseptic operations.
• Sound knowledge of GMP documentation, BMR preparation, and manufacturing processes.
• Exposure to dispensing, batch reconciliation, and production activities.
• Good understanding of aseptic practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing activities, BMRs, and general area documentation.
• Perform dispensing of raw materials and primary packaging materials verification.
• Prepare and reconcile BMRs and manufacturing bulk records.
• Monitor aseptic area activities and online particle counters.
• Manage SOP training, shift scheduling, and status labeling of equipment and areas.
• Handle vent filter and silicon tubing replacement activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and safety procedures
