Role Description

The Technical Support Trainer will design, deliver, and refine training programs that prepare learners for customer and technical support roles. This full-time, on-site position is based in Noida and involves conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, creating training materials, and developing practical exercises and assessments. The role includes evaluating learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and updating training content based on technology changes and industry best practices. The trainer will collaborate with other instructors and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with real-world support scenarios and promotes high standards of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining training documentation, supporting curriculum improvement, and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to model effective service interactions and outcomes.
• Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Technical Training skills to teach troubleshooting methods, tools, and support workflows.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex topics clearly, facilitate discussions, and provide feedback.
• Experience developing training content, including presentations, guides, and practical exercises, is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or customer service environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics, mentor learners with diverse backgrounds, and adapt teaching styles to different skill levels.
• Comfort working on-site in Noida with strong time management and organizational skills.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, business, or a related field is an advantage.
