Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Support Engineer Associate to join our Aruba switching support team. The role is hybrid, with an average of two days per week in an HPE office.

You will be the first line of technical support for Aruba enterprise switching solutions, handling initial troubleshooting and case triage. Responsibilities include customer contact via phone, web, and email, creating and managing TAC cases, determining severity, and documenting symptoms,

What you’ll do

• The L1 TAC Aruba Switching Engineer serves as the first line of technical support for customers using HPE Aruba enterprise switching solutions. This role focuses on initial troubleshooting, issue isolation, basic configuration validation, and case triage for Aruba AOS-CX and AOS-S platforms. The engineer ensures accurate problem identification, SLA adherence, and smooth escalation to L2/L3 teams.
