Job summary

Softcell Technologies is seeking a DLP Administrator to manage Forcepoint DLP across endpoints, email, and web. You will create and tune policies, analyze incidents, and reduce false positives while coordinating with OEMs and internal teams.

The role requires 2-3 years of Forcepoint DLP experience and a Forcepoint DLP Administrator certification. You will contribute to process improvements and maintain documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Forcepoint DLP technology support & incident handling.
• Certified Forcepoint DLP Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the DLP tool including incident management, configuring policies and reporting for Forcepoint DLP Endpoint, email and Web.
• Troubleshooting issues related to DLP.
• Policy creation/modification/fine tuning of new customized policies on DLP console.
• Understand and follow the incident response process and escalation.
• Analyze reports from the DLP tool, eliminate false positives and tune policies.
• Coordinate with OEM and internal/external stakeholders for DLP related activities.
• Contribute to DLP process improvements and documentation.
