Job summary

Marmon Technologies India Private Limited, part of Marmon Holdings, Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a Technical SEO & AI Search Specialist to improve visibility and technical health across Marmon sites. You will own rotating audit calendars, build keyword sets, and work with front end engineers to implement fixes.

You will also manage multilingual handling, AI citation monitoring, and define on-page and structural SEO standards to ensure fixes ship and perform.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands on technical SEO for B2B, industrial or e-commerce websites.
• Deep working knowledge of Screaming Frog, Semrush or Ahrefs, Google Search Console and log file analysis.
• Strong command of Core Web Vitals, structured data and schema, crawl budget, indexation and site architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the rotating technical SEO audit calendar across the Marmon site portfolio.
• Build and maintain keyword sets, rank tracking and AI citation monitoring for each business.
• Work directly with front end and CMS engineers to get fixes prioritised, shipped and verified.
• Define on page and structural SEO standards that become part of our reference architecture.
• Review content briefs and page structures with the content and UX specialists before publication.
• Report organic performance monthly and set realistic expectations on how quickly results move.
• Keep the team current on search engine and AI search changes that affect our sites.

The Technical SEO & AI Search Specialist would be responsible for improving the visibility, discoverability, technical health, and search performance of Marmon business websites.

Technical SEO and AI Search Specialist to own organic visibility across the Marmon website portfolio. The role runs a rotating audit calendar covering crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking and multi language handling. It also builds and maintains core keyword sets, rank tracking and AI citation monitoring. What separates this role from an agency SEO seat is that the person sits with the front end engineers, so fixes actually ship instead of being handed over as a spreadsheet.

Mandatory Skills

• 5-8 years of hands on technical SEO for B2B, industrial or e-commerce websites
• Deep working knowledge of Screaming Frog, Semrush or Ahrefs, Google Search Console and log file analysis
• Strong command of Core Web Vitals, structured data and schema, crawl budget, indexation and site architecture
• Practical experience improving visibility in AI answer engines and LLM citations, not just classic search rankings

Desired Skills

• Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify SEO at scale across multiple sites
• Ability to read and write basic HTML, JavaScript and templating code to validate fixes with engineers
• International and multi language SEO, including hreflang and regional domain strategy
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM and dashboard reporting in Power BI
