Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contractual role. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in C2H hiring, client interaction, and stakeholder management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
  • Work extensively on C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and business needs.
  • Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, internal database, etc.).
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
