Job summary

LotusFlare is seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team and support hiring for technical roles across the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to craft requirements, source candidates through multiple channels, conduct HR interviews, and manage interview scheduling and candidate experience.

You will build and maintain pipelines in our ATS, staying current with tech industry hiring trends and best practices while ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for every candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience as a technical or IT recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Fluent English.
• Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., FE, BE, PM, DevOps).
• Hands-on sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven and a team player attitude.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Technical background is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, etc.
• Conduct HR interviews and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using an ATS.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage.
• Communicate effectively with candidates.
• Stay updated on tech industry trends and hiring best practices.
