Role Overview

Reporting to the Manager, the Technical QA Automation Engineer will work closely with development engineering and product development teams to understand performance and other non‑functional requirements on projects.

This position requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable with rapid changes in direction and a fluid environment. The successful candidate should be detail‑oriented, approachable, dependable, reliable and possess good business sense and judgment. The role demands a self‑starter capable of managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent automation and performance testing projects.

Requirements & Deliverables

• BE / BTech in Computer Science, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Good working knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Proficient in at least one test automation framework such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cucumber.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Strong business sense and judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Exposure to AI‑assisted or agentic testing tools and modern QA automation approaches.
