Job summary

Quantanite is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong Generative AI background to lead planning, execution, and deployment of AI-driven products and solutions. You will work with AI engineers, data scientists, product teams, and clients to translate business needs into technical plans and drive agile delivery while ensuring security and performance.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with at least 5+ years in PM, knowledge of LLMs, AI ecosystems, and hands-on Python.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Generative AI project delivery to lead the planning, execution, and successful deployment of AI-driven products and solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine project management expertise with a solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Machine Learning, and modern AI technologies. You will work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, clients, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI and AI-powered projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Drive Agile project execution and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Support AI solution design discussions, roadmap planning, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Track project KPIs and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and modern AI ecosystems.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud-based applications.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Python and AI development workflows is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing AI products or AI platform implementations.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience working with startups, product companies, or fast‑growing technology organizations.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
