Job summary

Paytm is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Bengaluru to collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and partner teams to deliver world-class products. You will represent the team in cross-functional initiatives, define priorities, and lead continuous agile development.

You will wear multiple hats as TPM, EM, and Product to drive results, champion execution, navigate ambiguity, and communicate plans and risks to stakeholders while shaping the roadmap and driving improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• 10 to 14 years of experience in handling complex programs across multiple teams.
• Understanding of Software Development & Release Processes.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and building programs from scratch.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize.
• Proven track record of driving impact for users & business.
