Nisum is a global digital commerce firm with offices in multiple countries, including India. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end large-scale programs, coordinating with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.

The role focuses on delivering data platforms, cloud initiatives, and customer-facing technology, while ensuring on-time delivery, risk management, and strong executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as Technical Program Manager.
• Experience delivering complex, distributed systems or data-driven platforms at scale.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), APIs, microservices, and data engineering concepts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to define program scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive delivery of data platform, cloud, and customer-facing technology initiatives.
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate clear communication and executive reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.
• Improve operational efficiency by implementing best practices for program governance, Agile execution, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate vendor and partner engagements where applicable.
• Ensure alignment with Nisum's regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.

What Youll Do:

What You Know:

• 8+ years of professional experience as Technical Program Manager
• Proven track record of delivering complex, distributed systems or data-driven platforms at scale
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), APIs, microservices, and data engineering concepts
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions.
• Experience in financial services, credit bureaus, fintech, or data/analytics-driven companies
• Experience managing global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science.
