Job summary

Supply Chain Resources Group, Inc. seeks a hands-on manufacturing operations specialist to oversee line layout, bring-up, fixture buy-off, and ramp qualifications for consumer electronics production.

You will drive yield and quality improvements at CM sites and establish KPIs to push continuous improvement across lines. You will collaborate with Engineering to review mass production processes, contribute to TSA and DFA design reviews, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

• BS/MS in ME or related field.
• Familiar with consumer electronics assembly from start to ship-out.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with and improve consumer electronics manufacturing & assembly processes.
• Manage operations: line layout, line bring-up, fixture buy-off, and line qualifications for ramp.
• Oversee product yield and quality at contract manufacturers (CMs) and report to management.
• Set KPIs for CMs and drive continuous improvements.
• Guide CMs to strengthen process control and establish lessons learnt with cross-functional teams.
• Involve in mass production and provide design reviews (TSA and DFA) to Engineering.

Job description

• Experience and familiarize with consumer electronic product manufacturing & assembly process.
• Manage the operations side for line layout, line bring up, fixture buy off and line qualifications for ramp.
• Responsible for product yield and quality performance at CM (Contract Manufacturer) sites.
• Responsible for mass production yield and performance updates to management.
• Set KPIs and targets for CMs for continuous improvements.
• Guide CMs to strengthen their manufacturing process control.
• Establish lessons learnt practice and feedback to cross functional teams.
• Involvement in mass production and provide design review (Tolerance Stack Up Analysis - TSA and Design for Assembly - DFA) to Engineering team.

Required Qualifications

• University graduated (BS/MS) with major in ME related degrees.
• Familiar with consumer electronic product assembly from start to end (ship out).
• Strong oral and written communication in English. Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with capability to work independently and under pressure.
