Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Technical Programme Manager to lead end-to-end AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across Operations. You will define architecture decisions, govern data strategies, and own the programme roadmap.

Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and platform teams to productionize AI solutions; manage data pipelines, deployment, and CI/CD readiness while enforcing engineering standards and governance.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in technical programme or project management roles.
• Strong technical background in software engineering, data platforms, or AI/ML systems.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team programmes in Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Expertise in Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS) and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data architecture, and API integration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle management, MLOps, and model governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI and digital transformation programmes across Operations.
• Define and govern technical architecture decisions and data strategies.
• Own the programme roadmap and align with transformation strategy.
• Resolve complex blockers and cross-system dependencies.
• Partner with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and platform teams to productionize AI solutions.
• Governing data pipelines, model deployment, and infrastructure readiness across workstreams.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide executive technical reporting and RAID logs, and present at steering committees.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks across the programme portfolio.
• Maintain health dashboards with RAID logs, milestone tracking, and dependency maps.
• Engage senior technical and business stakeholders to align on delivery scope, timelines, and trade-offs.
• Drive vendor relationships and technology procurement processes.

• DriveRFP/RFI processes for technology procurement as required

Qualifications& Experience
