Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.

  • Strong knowledge of PDP/New Product Development methodologies.
  • Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional execution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or Jira.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program execution for semiconductor equipment development programs, ensuring delivery of scope, schedule, cost, quality, performance, and customer commitments throughout the PDP lifecycle.
  • Lead program planning activities including scope definition, WBS, integrated master schedules, resource planning, budget management, risk assessment, and execution governance.
  • Drive successful completion of PDP phase objectives, gate deliverables, milestone reviews, and release requirements from concept to product release.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, tracking mechanisms, and execution frameworks for successful program delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and business stakeholders to achieve objectives on time and within budget.
  • Monitor program performance against schedule, cost, scope, quality, and milestones; provide status updates to leadership.
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies; lead mitigation planning and timely resolution of obstacles.
  • Facilitate program reviews, governance meetings, design reviews, and executive communications; ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Support continuous improvement by maintaining PM processes, metrics, and best practices.
