Job summary

• Property Valuation & Site Inspection: Conduct physical inspections of properties and project sites. Prepare detailed valuation reports per industry standards. Assess project feasibility and monitor construction progress at various stages.
• Project Appraisal & Monitoring: Appraise residential and commercial projects for funding and approval. Monitor stage-wise progress of approved/funded projects. Ensure compliance with technical and financial benchmarks.
• Documentation & Reporting: Scrutinize property-related documents and prepare technical reports. Maintain records of builder status and project data across zones. Review and update process notes for regulatory changes.
• Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation: Ensure thorough due diligence during project approval to prevent fraud. Identify and report discrepancies or risks in property documentation.
• Market Intelligence & Regulatory Updates: Collect and update market information regularly. Track amendments and regulations affecting property and construction sectors.
