Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking a Vendor Management professional in Tamil Nadu with 1–5 years of experience. The role focuses on governance of vendor relationships, valuation processes and timely resolution of stakeholder queries within a banking real estate lending context.

The candidate should be adept with local building bylaws, market practices and competitive strategies, and capable of coordinating with Business, CAD, RISK and other support units to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required with any specialisation.
• B.Tech in Computer Engineering is preferred.
• Bachelor of Engineering qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of local building byelaws, local market practices and competition approach for real-estate based lending.
• Ensure valuation related methodologies and formats are compiled with.
• Visiting properties as needed.
• Ensure time-bound resolution of queries raised by stakeholders (Business / CAD / RISK and other support units).
