Job summary

Fidelity International in India is seeking a Technical Manager - Apptio to lead Technology Finance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will coordinate month-end activities and deliver accurate management information using Apptio, Anaplan, and Oracle EPM Cloud.

You will build dashboards with Power BI, drive data quality, and collaborate across Finance, Technology, and business teams to enable better decision-making. A strong TBM background and stakeholder management are essential.

They focus on increasing cost transparency, identifying optimisation opportunities whilst leveraging technology and data strategy to drive simplification.

About your role

The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate Technology Finance reporting, month-end processes, and planning activities in partnership with the Global Capability Hub and Technology Business Finance teams, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate financial information and insights. You will be responsible for managing the preparation, validation, and analysis of financial and operational data, resolving data quality issues, and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of reporting, cost allocations, and management information while identifying opportunities to improve processes and data integrity. The role contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning activities across Technology, providing subject matter expertise on Apptio, Anaplan, and Oracle EPM Cloud (EPCMCS), and supporting the alignment of financial plans, forecasts, and reporting outputs, leveraging platforms such as Apptio, Anaplan, and Oracle EPM Cloud (EPCMCS) to ensure alignment of financial plans, forecasts, and reporting while driving continuous improvements in data quality, transparency, and process efficiency.

About you

You have strong experience in Technology Finance, cost transparency, and financial planning, with deep expertise in platforms such as Apptio, Anaplan, and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions (EPBCS/EPCMCS). You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex financial and operational data to support reporting, planning, and decision-making across Technology. Proven experience managing Technology Finance processes, including Apptio month-end activities, data validation, troubleshooting, allocation management, and the delivery of reporting outputs. Strong understanding of Technology Business Management (TBM) principles, IT cost transparency, cost allocation methodologies, and financial management practices. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modelling using Apptio Planning, Anaplan, and/or Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/EPCMCS). Ability to develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and management information using Apptio, Power BI, and other reporting tools, translating complex financial and technology data into actionable insights. Experience coordinating data integration, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities across multiple financial and operational systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective controls. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Technology, and business teams to support reporting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of finance systems, planning applications, and cloud-based EPM solutions, with a focus on improving data transparency, process efficiency, and reporting effectiveness. TBM R12 certification and/or experience working within a Technology Business Management framework is desirable.
