The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, preparing valuation and technical reports, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring due diligence in property-related approvals and funding.

Property Valuation & Site Inspection:

• Conduct physical inspections of properties and project sites.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards.
• Assess project feasibility and monitor construction progress at various stages.

Project Appraisal & Monitoring:

• Appraise residential and commercial projects for funding and approval.
• Monitor the stage-wise progress of approved/funded projects.
• Ensure compliance with technical and financial benchmarks.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Scrutinize property-related documents and prepare technical reports.
• Maintain accurate records of builder status and project data across zones.
• Review and update process notes periodically to reflect regulatory changes.

Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation:

• Ensure thorough due diligence during project approval to prevent fraud.
• Identify and report discrepancies or risks in property documentation.

Market Intelligence & Regulatory Updates:

• Collect and update market information on a regular basis.
