Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Technical Leader to steer risk technology initiatives, delivering end-to-end for the Trader Mandate & Booking Model platform. You will shape target-state architecture, drive platform modernization using Generative AI, and align with risk and business stakeholders.

You will lead a large engineering org, promote innovation and governance, and advance AI-enabled capabilities across model governance and lifecycle processes.

• Collaborate with senior business, risk, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

This is a Software Engineering Leadership position within Risk Technology/ISG Cross Divisional Governance tams at the Executive Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs. Risk Technology's ISG Cross Divisional Governance (CDG) team delivers strategic technology platforms that support critical Institutional Securities risk management and governance functions, including Model Control, Trader Mandate Management, Booking Model Governance, Marking Review & Controls, and ISG Limits Management. The team partners closely with business, risk, and control functions to enhance governance, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness.
