Job summary

IncubXperts TechnoConsulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead / Solution Architect to own the end-to-end architecture for an Accounts Payable automation platform, including invoice ingestion, matching, and payment processing. You will lead ERP integration strategy and guide modernization decisions across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and legacy code assessments.

The role requires 8+ years in software engineering with hands-on AP/payments platform experience and a track record leading teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with focus on Accounts Payable / Payments platforms.
• Hands-on invoice matching (PO/non-PO) and payment authorization workflows.
• Experience ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) and multi-currency, multi-entity tax-compliant processing.
• Strong architecture experience in a modern web stack: C#/.NET, Angular, AWS, Python, Web API, CI/CD.
• PostgreSQL schema design and performance tuning for transactional financial data.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and vector databases for invoice processing and workflow automation.
• Proven track record leading teams through platform transitions (acquisition, migration, re-platforming).

Responsibilities

Technical Lead / Solution Architect

Experience:

8-12 years, with proven depth in Accounts Payable / Payments product engineering

About the Role

We're building out an Accounts Payable automation platform (invoice-to-pay, e-invoicing, payments) and need a Tech Lead / Architect who has actually built or scaled a product in this space - not just enterprise software in general. You'll own technical architecture and delivery, working closely with the delivery team and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture: invoice ingestion, matching engines, coding/workflow automation, payment processing
• Lead ERP integration strategy (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.) and payment rail integrations
• Guide modernization decisions - cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, legacy code assessment
• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team
• Translate business and compliance requirements (tax handling, multi-entity, audit trail) into scalable design
• Define automation/testing strategy for financial workflows with QA/functional leads

Required Experience

• 8+ years in software engineering, with 1-2+ years focused specifically on Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or Payments platforms
• Hands-on understanding of invoice matching (PO/non-PO), approval workflows, and payment authorization/settlement
• Experience integrating with major ERPs; multi-currency, multi-entity, tax-compliant invoice processing
• Strong architecture-level experience in a modern web stack - typically C#/.NET, Angular, AWS (or equivalent), Python, Web API, CI/CD
• Database expertise in PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance tuning for transactional financial data
• Working understanding of Agentic AI concepts and vector databases, with a view toward applying them to invoice processing, matching, and workflow automation
• Track record leading teams through a platform transition (acquisition, migration, re-platforming)

Preferred

• Prior experience at an AP automation, fintech, or payments SaaS company
• Exposure to OCR/ML-based invoice data extraction
• Familiarity with e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries
