Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SharePoint Technical Lead to own the architecture and drive delivery for large intranet projects. You will lead SPFx, React.js and Power Platform development, shaping information architecture, security and integration approaches while reviewing designs and mentoring the team.

Candidates should have 8–12 years of hands-on SharePoint experience, strong client interaction skills, and a track record of scalable, secure Microsoft 365

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience.
• Strong SPFx, React.js and Power Platform expertise.
• Experience with Graph API, REST, Azure Functions and PowerShell.
• Proven ability to design enterprise intranet and digital workplace solutions.
• Leadership in client workshops, estimation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and solution design for the SharePoint intranet.
• Lead SharePoint, SPFx, React.js and Power Platform development.
• Define information architecture, security, permissions, and integration approach.
• Review designs, code, and development standards.
• Guide developers and resolve technical issues.
• Lead client workshops and requirements discussions.
• Support estimation, planning, UAT and production deployment.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and best practices.

• Hands-On Experience Azure Functions
