Job summary

Wipro Limited seeks an experienced Frontend/Fullstack MERN engineer to design and review module-level code, create replication patterns, and analyze root causes for recurring issues. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver stable, well-documented solutions that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in React.js with Redux, strong JavaScript expertise, REST APIs familiarity, and hands-on experience with modern front-end toolchains.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Good experience in Micro Front end.
• Thorough understanding of React.js, Node.js and its core principles.
• 8+ years of experience with popular React.js workflows (Flux/Redux), minimum 4 years with hooks.
• Familiarity with EcmaScript new specifications.
• Experience with data structures libraries (Immutable.js) is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON Web Tokens.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Strong unit testing libraries (enzyme, jest) and Git/TFS.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to facilitate application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level codes, creating replication patterns, performing root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable, well-documented deliverables that meet business objectives.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Good experience in Micro Front end
• Thorough understanding of React.js, Node JS and its core principles
• 8+ years of experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux), minimum 4years of working experience in react with hooks and frameworks.
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Strong working knowledge of unit testing libraries - enzyme, jest, react libraries etc,
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (GIT,TFS)
• Thorough understanding of a feature, the users impacted, the flows impacted and feature's purpose.
• Technical designs are clear, well thought out, and considers dependencies, failure states, maintainability, testability and ease of support.
• Considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs.
• Understands the team's domain, how work in this domain relates to the team's objectives and deliverables and how it contributes to overall business strategy and how technical strategy maps to this.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ability to analyze the bigger picture, identifying and prioritizing with the aim to consider more than one domain within an analysis.
• Looks for opportunities to simplify product & technical design.
• Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
• Able to communicate processes and results with all parties involved in the product team, including engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors and customers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
