Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to implement, maintain, and support IAM solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in directory services, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and access control mechanisms. This role requires a proactive approach to user and account management, troubleshooting IAM-related issues, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure IAM solutions, including Active Directory (AD), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and MFA systems.


• Manage user identities and access rights, including provisioning and deprovisioning accounts, and handling service accounts.


• Ensure adherence to secure configuration standards and best practices.


• Diagnose and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents, providing technical support to users as needed.

• Experience with Directory Services and multi-factor authentication (MFA) implementations.


• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with IAM compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).


• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of IAM tasks.


• Knowledge of security best practices and risk management principles.


• Certifications in IAM or related fields (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP, Certified Identity and Access Manager - CIAM) are a plus.
