Job summary

Alloy Enterprises is seeking a senior leader to head the Water Cooled Chiller design and development team in Pune. The role involves establishing the technical team, setting annual goals with the Engineering Manager, and driving product development plans and roadmaps.

You will coordinate global projects, review non-standard designs, and ensure timely technical documentation. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or above and over 8 years in water cooled chiller design.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience: more than 8 years in Water Cooled Chiller Design and Development.
• Abilities: familiarity with domestic and international technical standards; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop water cooled chiller product development team and set annual goals.
• Coordinate product development plans and roadmaps; ensure timely delivery of technical documents.
• Lead or participate in global water-cooled product development projects and coordinate schedules and resources.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing and maintenance; ensure CI/CR/VAVE activities.

A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Based on the long-term plan of product development, establish, and develop water Cooled Chiller product development technical team, and constantly improve the technical ability Work with the Engineering Manager to set the annual work goals and supervise the implementation Assist Water Cooled product management department to make water Cooled product development plan and roadmap, and implement them Organize the Department to carry out Water Cooled product development and innovation according to the requirements of JCI process, coordinate the progress and resources of Water-Cooled product development projects, and timely introduce and develop new products to meet the market needs Lead or participate in global Water-Cooled product development and improvement projects and activities, coordinate project schedule and resources, Responsible for technical review of non-standard contract design, detailed design of non-standard order, timely delivery of technical documents related to Water Cooled Chiller Do a good job in communication, coordination and cooperation with relevant departments, analyze the opportunities of products in production and use, organize CI, CR, VAVE for products Provide technical support for manufacturing and maintenance service, provide technical documents related to products in time, coordinate and solve technical problems of products Abide by the company's ethics policy, company system, policy and process, and comply with the quality requirements related to the position Advocate the construction of corporate culture in the Department Implement the company's safety, environmental protection and health management regulations; Identify and rectify the environmental factors and hazards of the post, and remember the major risks and important environmental factors of the company; Effective implementation of the company's safety, environmental protection and health management objectives and management programs Complete the task temporarily assigned by the superior.

B. REQUIREMENT PROFILE: Qualifications: education background, work experience, ability and skills

2. Working experience: more than 8 years’ experience in Water Cooled Chiller Design and Development

3.Abilities and skills:

• Familiar with related product technical knowledge, at least five years of Water conditioning and refrigeration system development experience;
• Familiar with all kinds of domestic and international technical standards of related products;
• Good written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to make full use of various resources;
