Hands-on development remains central, with cloud-native and AI-powered solutions. You will design and implement secure, scalable applications on AWS/Kubernetes, drive CI/CD practices, and set engineering standards

Qualifications

Must have 8+ years of software engineering experience.
Must have 3+ years of technical leadership or delivery leadership.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade applications in production.

Responsibilities

Own technical delivery and solution execution for a defined product area in the AI Build Line.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade apps using Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot.
Lead architecture discussions and balance scalability, security, and delivery speed.
Build and integrate backend APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.

Job Title - Technical Lead -Full Stack Engineering (AI Build Line)

Role Overview

Our client is building a centralized AI Engineering capability within its Cyber organization to deliver secure, scalable, AI-enabled applications that improve productivity, automation, and user experience for Cyber teams.

The Technical Lead will own end-to-end technical delivery for a defined product area, providing hands-on engineering leadership while remaining actively involved in software development. This role combines full-stack development, cloud-native engineering, technical decision-making, and team leadership to deliver production-grade applications and AI-powered solutions.

This is not a people-management role. The successful candidate will lead through technical expertise, architecture, coding, design reviews, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Own technical delivery and solution execution for a defined product area within the AI Build Line.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
Lead technical architecture discussions and drive engineering decisions balancing scalability, maintainability, security, and delivery speed.
Build and integrate backend APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
Deploy, manage, and optimize applications running in AWS and Kubernetes environments.
Define and enforce engineering standards for coding, testing, security, observability, documentation, and deployment practices.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Harness, or equivalent enterprise tooling.
Partner with Product Owners, Cyber stakeholders, Architects, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor team members through design reviews, code reviews, technical coaching, and hands-on guidance.
Identify technical risks, implementation challenges, and dependencies while driving resolution and delivery accountability.

Must-Have Requirements

Experience (Total 12+)

8+ years of total software engineering experience.
3+ years of experience providing technical leadership, solution ownership, or technical delivery leadership.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade applications in production environments.

Strong Angular development experience.
Strong TypeScript development experience.
Strong Java development experience.
Strong Spring Boot experience.
Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
Experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS environments.
Experience working with Kubernetes.

Required Project Experience

Candidates should have hands-on experience in:

Full-stack application development.
Cloud-native application deployment.
Enterprise application architecture and design.
Production support and operational ownership.
Technical leadership of delivery teams or engineering initiatives.

Good-to-Have Requirements

Amazon Bedrock experience.
Experience with conversational AI or assistant-based applications.
Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
Experience with AWS CDK, Helm Charts, or similar deployment frameworks.
Experience with event-driven architectures.
Experience with API management platforms.
Experience working in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Security Platform environments.
