Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced security professional to lead vulnerability management, risk analysis, and remediation across global stakeholders. You will triage and track findings, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive closure.

The role requires hands-on work with Qualys, Nessus, Fortify, Splunk, Power BI, and cloud platforms; familiarity with PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, and AI-driven security tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience in Vulnerability Management, cybersecurity, and risk analysis.
• Strong ability to identify, validate, triage, track and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001 and OWASP.
• Hands-on use of Qualys, Nessus VM, Fortify, Splunk and Power BI.
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and container tech (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience reporting with risk scorecards and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management programs and remediation efforts.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver risk-based remediation plans.
• Produce management-level updates and dashboards.
• Stay current with AI-driven vulnerability management tools.

Area(s) of responsibility

• 7-9 years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity, Risk Analysis, or related domains.
• Strong experience in identifying, validating, triaging, tracking, and remediating security vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive remediation programs to closure.
• Hands-on experience with Qualys, Nexus IQ, Fortify, Splunk, Power BI, and similar tools.Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and container vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, and OWASP standards.
• Expertise in reporting, dashboards, risk scorecards, and senior management updates.
• Good understanding of AI-driven vulnerability management, automation, GenAI, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Python scripting.
