BinaryStar SearchX is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead/Architect with deep Mendix expertise to drive digital transformation via low-code application development in Gurgaon. The role demands strong technical leadership, architecture skills, and stakeholder collaboration to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Mendix apps.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Mendix (v9+), plus hands-on Java/JS/HTML/CSS and cloud/container exposure.

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Mendix (v9+).
• Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable enterprise applications.
• Certified Mendix Advanced or Expert Developer (preferred).
• Expertise in microservices, REST APIs, OData, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of domain modelling, page design, and workflow configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and external integrations.
• Solid grasp of design patterns, ALM, and agile methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with unit testing, automation, and performance tuning in Mendix.
